Cooking instructions: 

Since our meals fave been previously cooked and stored under 40F, we took care of the most important part, that’s the safety of your food. All you need to do is place the container in the oven, air fryer or microwave following the instructions listed below.

  • Oven Instructions.
    • Uncover the container. Place the container in the oven and bake at 350F for 20 min or until golden brown on top and hot all the way through. Internal temperature should be above 135F.
  • Air Fryer instructions.
    • Uncover the container. Place the container in the air fryer and bake at 320F for 20 min or until golden brown on top and hot all the way through. Internal temperature should be above 135F.
  • Microwave instructions.
    • Uncover the container. Place the container in the microwave. Cook for 2 min, carefully take the container out and mix. Cook for another minute or until hot all the way through. Internal temperature should be above 135F.

*Note

— Keep refrigerated. Best if used within 3-5 days. If you don’t plan to consume it within this time period please place in a bag and freeze.

Cooking instructions after freezing:

  • you can defrost overnight in the fridge and follow the fresh meal instructions or
  • defrost in the microwave. Cook for additional 2 minutes. Mix after one minutes. Make sure the food is hot all the way through. Internal temperature sud be above 135F.
  • You can cook in the oven/air fryer, but the container should be covered with tinfoil so the cheese doesn’t burn.
